School Improvement

School improvement is at the heart of all we do and our School Improvement and Development Plan focuses our staffing, finances, resources and training, to bring about the change needed to improve outcomes for all children.

Each year, we reflect on the progress we have made in end of year assessments, take into account the issues and priorities identified by all our stakeholders (children, parents, staff and Governors), consider the finances available, and plan our priorities for the following year.
